COMMUNITOPIA (wins)
Cities nowadays function as spaces of communication. People communicate with people, people communicate with systems, and systems communicate with systems. Despite all modern technology, a lot of potential in exchanging ideas remains unused because most communication follows readily available paths. Being channelled many gaps are present in everyday society.
An unchannelled, organic mode of communication solves these problems and will be able to cover currents gaps. Not only will people be better able to interact, an organic mode of interaction will increase innovation and the emergence of truly new ideas brought to a higher level.

TREE HOUSE
Children’s perception of the world forms the core of Tree House. Utopia is presented as a child, without prejudice or framed notion of reality. A tree house serves as a metaphor of this perception. However Tree House is not entirely disconnected of reality. The real world is present at its roots, serving as utopia’s foundations.

CITY UNDER HUMAN MEASURES
City Under Human Measures takes the human body as the organic building block, resulting in a society better adjusted its citizens. As a result the city itself represents a human body, with every body part having a specific function. City Under Human Measures is inherently organic in its physical structure.
